- encourage our neighbors to join Windmere Watch
- provide information about the role of a Neighborhood Watch member
- distribute information gathered at the Elgin Neighborhood Watch meetings
- provide links to the bimonthly Neighborhood Watch Newsletter & near real-time Crime Statistics issued by the Elgin Police Department (see bottom of this screen)
- allow feedback & encourage communication
